Website and order information

This website uses Squarespace for hosting and online commerce. Information you provide when contacting us or ordering helps us respond, manage your order and resolve customer-service requests. This may include your name, email, order details, delivery information and the contents of your message.

Payments

This store offers Squarespace Payments and a connected PayPal integration. The payment service you choose receives the information needed to process the transaction, including payment, billing and order information, and handles it under its own terms and privacy notice. We use order and transaction information to confirm purchases, handle refunds and keep required business records. Available payment options are shown at checkout. Squarespace’s privacy notice is Squarespace privacy notice; PayPal’s is PayPal privacy notice.

Email inquiries

When you email pdurivage33@gmail.com, your email address and message are handled through Gmail so we can receive and respond to your inquiry. Google’s privacy notice is Google privacy notice.

Website activity

Squarespace processes technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser and device details, visited pages, referral information and visit times. The enabled activity log can show individual visits and approximate location from the IP address. We use this information to understand site use and support website operation. Fulfillment

Printify and its production and delivery partners receive the information needed to produce and deliver physical merchandise. Product details, such as size and color, are part of that fulfillment information. Printify’s privacy notice is at Printify privacy notice.

News and updates

Checkout offers an optional signup for news and updates. If you choose it, Squarespace Contacts stores your contact information and signup choice so we can manage your request. The signup checkbox is not selected by default. You can withdraw that choice by emailing pdurivage33@gmail.com and use the unsubscribe option in any marketing email you receive. An order or support inquiry alone does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Meta integration

The website's Squarespace connection currently syncs the product catalog to Meta. The built-in website Pixel feature is not available on our current plan, and we have not verified delivery of website activity to Meta. If website activity is sent through a Meta integration, Meta receives that information and handles it under its own privacy policies. The integration's optional automatic advanced-matching settings are off.

Cookies and choices

The website's cookie banner offers Accept all, Manage cookies and Decline all. You can use those controls to express your cookie preferences. Necessary website functions can continue when you decline nonessential cookies. Browser settings also let you manage cookies, although blocking them may affect how parts of the website work.

Retention and requests

From the publication of this policy, our retention approach is to keep personal information for as long as needed to handle the relevant request or order, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where supported. Service providers have their own applicable retention obligations.

You can email pdurivage33@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of information about you, or to ask about privacy choices. We will handle your request according to applicable law and may need enough information to confirm that it concerns your data. Do not email passwords, verification codes or full payment details.

If you receive marketing email from us, use its unsubscribe option or contact us at the email above. An order or support request does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing.
