Physical merchandise is made after ordering and fulfilled through our connected Printify production partners. Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Items from different production partners may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs and destinations

Available shipping methods, supported destinations and the total shipping charge depend on the items, quantity and delivery address. The applicable options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Some products have fewer supported destinations than others. Merchandise prices on this website are in USD.

Timing

Production and delivery estimates vary by product and destination. An estimate for carrier transit does not include the time needed to make the item. Holidays, production volume, availability, customs and carrier conditions can affect timing. An estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date. If you need an item for a particular occasion, email pdurivage33@gmail.com before ordering.

Your address and order details

Check your delivery address, size and color before paying. If you notice an error, contact pdurivage33@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the website where you ordered. Changes may no longer be possible once production or shipment begins. This does not remove cancellation or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

International deliveries

Customs or import charges can apply. Charges collected at checkout are part of the displayed order total. Destination authorities may assess additional charges; responsibility for those charges follows the applicable order terms and law. We do not promise that every product ships to every country or that all international orders are duty-paid.

Delays and product problems

If an order is delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email pdurivage33@gmail.com. We will investigate and explain the available resolution. If we cannot ship within an agreed shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Supplier claim timetables do not replace your statutory rights.
